Goethe's Journal, 23 January 2013

Well, after about 12 days since my last weigh-in, the bad news is that I stopped losing weight, I't stuck at 98kg, the good news is that I'm still under the triple digit, which is always nice.
216.1 lb Lost so far: 30.9 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
