Did weights today and eliptical....I know I have to step on that treadmill if I want to be in that 5k in June. I need to look up weight training exercises too. I always read about doing certain muscles on different days of the week. I think I really can get into a good routine. I just need my eating to be on board for more than two days at a time and I'll be set to go!

Twins, sounds like you have good goals. I know about the eating for more than 2 days without going off - I have been working on that one for the present, some days more successfully than not!

Great job on completing your workout! I don't know much about alternating muscle groups, that's why I stick to workout videos. It takes the guess work out of what muscle groups I need to exercise for that day. :) I always have to tell myself losing weight is about diet AND exercise, not just exercise. :P

I love to exercise, but I really see how important it is to eat right too.
