I think the first thing you need to do is calm down and breath. Relax. Stress can cause a lot of problems, and keep weight from falling off. You could be gaining muscle, retaining fluid from a high-sodium meal or muscle soreness, you could also be holding on to the weight because you're not eating enough. 1100 calories is not enough. 1200 calories is the minimum for women, even for weight loss. If you're not getting enough of what you need, it's only going to wreak havoc on your system and put a lot of things out of whack. I know it goes against your instinct, but you should try eating a couple hundred more calories. If your body gets the nutrients and energy it needs, it won't feel the need to hold on to the fat stores you're trying to get rid of.
