Dear Fat Secret (FS) for short,
Happy to come across your website, so I am starting today, January 23, 2012. It's time I get on the bandwagon and start to get some of this weight off of me. My blood pressure is out of wack, I have type II diabetes, and I have to get this under control. I am unhappy with myself, and I will strive to post in my journal everyday about my surroundings, pressures, goals, concerns, food intake, activity, and everything around me that influences my weight. I am inviting my friend Kim to start this quest with me, and though she is several hundred miles away from where I live, we can do this together, and share.
