I'm surprised that it appears I'm losing weight so fast. I think it is the fluctuations in the time I eat the night before. I'm starting to be consistent as to when I have dinner and started a regular exercise routine. At work, I do the stairs - 5 flights and have a pedometer. Disciple and will-power will be my two mantra words.....
142.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
