As I said earlier, I have a craving for something bread like right now as well. Made a flax meal bread since I am too lazy to prepare a MIM every morning. And having a loaf reminds more of bread than the muffins. Some butter, Jagdwurst, hmmmmmm!!!! I make a MIM when I am up to something sweet like for Sunday afternoon 4 o'clock coffee time ;-)/// Hope PT went well and you had a good day.

I found the recipe here on FS, Flax Bread II. Instead of 8 servings I make 16 out of the loaf. Keeps the cals down a little :-)
