Starting again to get back on track after the holidays. Today is not a perfect first day of this diet. When I start the first 21 days of eating I like to follow it exactly however, I had a false start and enjoyed a biscuit and butter with my daughter for breakfast this morning. I did stick pretty close to the diet other than that and am proud of this first day back. Note to self on the first day of a diet I'm craving a hard candy. The first time I was successful with the diet I was able to have that without affecting weight loss results.
205.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 60.5 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
