Wednesday,
Middle of the week & the weekend is in sight, no special plans as of yet, but there is hope & that means a lot!
Yesterday food & excercise were good!
Excercise this morning - 30 min on the eliptical Food is all planned & logged & the crunch monster seems to be tamed for now, super big sigh of Relief!
Today I am thankful for hope being so powerful as a motivator, as a mood lifter, as a smile, as a self confidence builder, as a reason for change.
