Since I am in FL for the next 3 months, that means a new gym and the trainer that I have worked with the last two winters. I met with her today for a body fat analysis, and she was simply delighted at the progress I have had since she last saw me in April. So, she suggested that I change my goal weight to lose 9 more lbs. ( I weighed in at the gym at 13) I just changed the FS goal weight per her suggestion. She is the person who gave me the jump start and confidence to do this. She emphasized that I should find a trainer at home when I left in April, which I did. My Home trainer said I was easy, because whoever was training me in FL had done an excellent job. She just picked up where the other had left off. Obviously the positive feedback both of those ladies give me has helped alot, just like what I get here on FS. So,here we go - 9 more lbs.

Whew... You will have it gone in no time! I have about 5 more to lose then I will decide if I want to change it... Looking at myself right now I probably will drop it down to 115 or 110. Just waiting, 5 pounds can make a huge difference.

I wasn't sure about changing my goal, but when the experts say you can do this, then I guess I have to! I have to wrap my mind around this to accomplish more. Nine lbs will make a big difference. It's all about calories out vs calories in.
