Pretty decent weight loss this week. Probably enough to keep me on top. Going to have to start adding some exercise if I can walk. Need to stay on the edge of the bubble to win this thing. These 140 lb girls only need to lose 1 lb to keep up with my 2.5 lbs =(.
353.0 lb Lost so far: 71.0 lb.    Still to go: 173.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

5 pounds in a week? I'll say that is decent! Way to go! Don't know if you caught my comment yesterday but I have a new name for you - for when you lose the weight. "SmallFry". Like it?
