Well, This last 12 months have had many ups and downs. Not just weight wise but everything in my life. I am picking up the pieces and healing from it all. Coming back here with new determination is my first step toward doing that. I hope my buddies here are all doing well. Upward and onward.

Diet Calendar Entry for 23 January 2013:
1947 kcal Fat: 145.05g | Prot: 125.63g | Carb: 23.06g.   Breakfast: egg, Cream (Half & Half), bacon, coffee with sweetner. Lunch: water, real mayo, Creamy Caesar with Roasted Garlic Dressing, dijon mustard, skillet steak, egg, tomato, dole iceberg. Dinner: Tomatoes, margarine, Pork Chops (Top Loin, Boneless), Real Mayo, broccoli normandy, Water (Bottled). Snacks/Other: Cheesecake for One, sugar free jello. more...
