Still allowing myself a soda a day; however I no longer am eating 3 candy bars a day. Having an occasional rice krispie treat instead. Also made the Oatmeal Banana Choc. Chip cookies for a sweet treat only 79 calories per cookie; they are good, and even my kids like them. Picking up the pace in exercising, started walking a half hour every morning and still going to do 1hr at night--burnign approximately 700 to 800 calories doing this. Taking Yoga on Thursdays as well, which seems to help relax me and loosen my muscles up, would like to do more of these types of Yoga exercises daily.
