Wow! I am feeling great! I worked out twice yesterday. I know that's probably not sustainable but I found myself with extra time and a lot of energy and thought, why not push myself a little more on the days when my body says i can? Hopped back on the treadmill this morning too. I find myself looking forward to catching up with stuff on demand -- old movies I never saw and new series on tv that i just don't have time to get into at night. I feel renewed. I've been reading more books at night. Fitting in a few games of uno and extra bedtime stories with my daughter. I just don't want to break the streak I am on. I want to really look and feel great this spring and head into summer feeling confident, refreshed and ready for fun with my family. let's keep this going.
133.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

thanks! i still feel chubby and i certainly have FAT days, but I want to celebrate the small victories -- rolling out of bed early, exercising to start my day, feeling a bit more relaxed and patient with people, spending more quality time with my five year old and taking a few mintues before bed to read a good book or send a text or two some friends...
