Happy Hump Day!

I feel much better after having stated my mini goals yesterday. The goal of "losing some weight sometime" is not exactly motivational.

Hope everybody is keeping warm!

Diet Calendar Entry for 23 January 2013:
1252 kcal Fat: 76.31g | Prot: 77.30g | Carb: 63.22g.   Breakfast: heavy whipping cream, unsweetened almond milk , brewed coffee, egg, heavy whipping cream, unsweetened almond milk , brewed coffee. Lunch: grape tomatoes, Yogurt Ranch, chicken breast, Baby Greens, green pepper, hard boiled egg, Dole Salad. Dinner: dole salad, black beans, Taco seasoning, ground beef, feta yogurt. Snacks/Other: heavy whipping cream, GNC whey protein, apple, unsweetened almond milk , Grapefruit, Instant coffee, brewed coffee, almonds. more...

Newmooney - as hard as it is to envision right now, just remember that spring is coming and we'll have to expose some more flesh. Maybe that will help with the goal making!
