Happy Hump Day!

I feel much better after having stated my mini goals yesterday. The goal of "losing some weight sometime" is not exactly motivational.

Hope everybody is keeping warm!

Diet Calendar Entry for 23 January 2013:
1252 kcal Fat: 76.31g | Prot: 77.30g | Carb: 63.22g.   Breakfast: egg, heavy whipping cream, heavy whipping cream, unsweetened almond milk , unsweetened almond milk , brewed coffee, brewed coffee. Lunch: Yogurt Ranch, grape tomatoes, Dole Salad, Baby Greens, chicken breast, hard boiled egg, green pepper. Dinner: ground beef, dole salad, Taco seasoning, black beans, feta yogurt. Snacks/Other: apple, heavy whipping cream, unsweetened almond milk , GNC whey protein, brewed coffee, almonds, Instant coffee, Grapefruit. more...

Newmooney - as hard as it is to envision right now, just remember that spring is coming and we'll have to expose some more flesh. Maybe that will help with the goal making!
