Happy Hump Day!

I feel much better after having stated my mini goals yesterday. The goal of "losing some weight sometime" is not exactly motivational.

Hope everybody is keeping warm!

Diet Calendar Entry for 23 January 2013:
1252 kcal Fat: 76.31g | Prot: 77.30g | Carb: 63.22g.   Breakfast: brewed coffee, unsweetened almond milk , heavy whipping cream, egg, brewed coffee, unsweetened almond milk , heavy whipping cream. Lunch: hard boiled egg, green pepper, grape tomatoes, chicken breast, Yogurt Ranch, Dole Salad, Baby Greens. Dinner: ground beef, black beans, Taco seasoning, dole salad, feta yogurt. Snacks/Other: brewed coffee, unsweetened almond milk , heavy whipping cream, Grapefruit, GNC whey protein, Instant coffee, apple, almonds. more...

Newmooney - as hard as it is to envision right now, just remember that spring is coming and we'll have to expose some more flesh. Maybe that will help with the goal making!

"losing some weight sometime" - when did you set that goal??? *lol* Glad that you are feeling better and soon you will have the hang of it again and nothing will come into your way :-)/// Showing off some skin in spring - I am sure you will be very successful in the coming weeks and there will be nothing to fear.
