I started weight watchers on January 14, 2013, my weight then was 243.0. I would like to go down to 160 pounds at least, hopefully a little more. Would like to lose 2 pounds a week, if possible.
238.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 78.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
