I need to come up with a realistic goal and a specific, usable plan on how to achieve it.

I need to focus on the positive instead of obsessing about the negatives. I've been obsessing about my salary at work. So instead of focusing on the negative of not getting the raise I expected with my promotion, I need to focus on being happy that I have the job that I will enjoy. Same attitude adjustment is needed in my life in general. I don't entirely know why I've been so negative lately.

The questions I need to answer, which I haven't really plotted out yet:
How strictly will I follow the Paleo diet?
Do I get a cheat day?
How will I handle emotional triggers?
What do I do when my bf asks me to make something else (like desserts)?
What motivators do I have available?
-Feeling healthy
-Losing weight
-Any reward that's free?
What is my exercise plan?
WHEN will I exercise?
What is my plan for the days that I work til bedtime?
What is my plan for the nights my bf is here?

I need to be a big girl and just start doing anything positive even though I don't have a plan. But I'm so OCD, I have to have a goal, a way to accomplish it, and a plan for as much as I can. Plus it helps me to have an external motivator, like new clothes, so what will I do in exchange for that?

No cheat day, just an occasional treat day. Schedule yourself the time to exercise weekly. Make him dessert and take a small piece for yourself if you want and send it with him. We are here for you to journal any emotional triggers and get advice. All of this because you deserve it.

I wonder if it's just that time of the year when people get into negative state of mind and need to find a way out of it. And yes, sometimes it's worth to promise yourself a price to being good :)
