today was sorta kinda a ho hum day :( ....doc has prescribed additonal meds...supoosedly weight neutral, well I certainly hope so...but just incase... just had me some protein and plan on doing me a little workout this eve...not really tired...its bitter cold outside here in charm city so a good sweat will be welcomed...^_^ tomorrow i have a dvd on hold for me at the local library..brook burkes workout....so im gonna have a on tv bud to work out with so thats good...not many people here get into that sorta thing..i use to be very sports minded and a great ball player, but with all the sports injuries ive accumulated along with other tragic things that ive gone thru..my body has for sure taken a beating..Friday I have an MRI scheduled...so hopefully we can determine the cause of my pain and suffering and why i am numb in all my extremeties and falling and dropping things all the time...its perty scary...o.0 i can handle the pain to a point but after my last two falls..its getting to be quite unbearable...what a mess..but my spirits are in an ok place and im gonna keep pushing...hopefully no back surgery will be needed but i have had the injections to no avail so im sure its prolly in the cards for me..wish me luck and good luck to u all as well..peace n love Dar ..time to do some sweating ttyal..<3
