I got a letter from Brian today! It was so encouraging.

I am so determined to be in the BEST shape of my life before He gets back. I'm tired of constantly yoyoing...and not ever being happy with the way I look/feel. I want to feel comfortable in my own body. Its amazing what 5-10 lbs does!

Today was great, in workout and diet. If I can keep this up, loosing the weight will be cake! We will see...
