Darn. Didn't realize I missed a day. Time to weigh in for my challenge and, of course, nowhere near a scale unless I drive out of my way to church tonight. I might do it anyway, even with a shower I have time.

Breakfast: censored (aka donuts), greek yogurt, strawberries

Lunch: chicken sausage, brown rice, snow peas, onions, green/red peppers, Cadbury Egg

Snack: 1/4 Cliff Bar, ginger gem

Dinner: TBA

Water: 5 glasses as of 4PM (need to step it up or I'll be on the potty all right)

Now, to return to rocking out to bluegrass. Yeehaw!
