I seriously feel like I can't eat anything bad or else up goes the scale. Dang it all :( ! Hoping tomorrow is better weigh in day.

remember that sudden jumps in weight (up/down) are due to water, not changes in fat. So the offending food may cause water retention rather than fat gain.

Yes, unless you eat a huge amount of food, the shifting of weight is usually water. It can also be sodium or one of many other factors effecting your water weight fluctuations.
