So I quit smoking cigarettes about 2 1/2 months ago and replaced that habit with a new one...eating! It's time to lose the 20 pounds I have packed on over the last 11 weeks...

Healthier eating choices, reduced portion sizes, and a small increase in my excercise levels (if I have to...) are my game plan. Goal is to lose 2 pounds a week--but we shall see!
