Out of propane again. Makes it hard to make a decent meal. I am getting really discouraged, not feeling like I am getting enough support from friends & family. I have been gaining weight back. This sucks.
199.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Try making smaller daily goals and see if that helps - before you know it you'll be where you want to be and have fun every step of the way. If you are looking for a support group on here (that's pretty much the only place I find support is on here) let me know I will send you an invite. You'll be required to set daily goals and check in once or twice a day.

If you really want to do something, you will find a way. Otherwise, you will find an excuse. The most important thing is that you find motivation in yourself. Come to this board for support. Weight loss is a solitary journey that we all have to take. No one can do it for us. Find your motivation. It sucks about the propane, but where there's a will there's a way. You CAN do this!!!!
