I have been falling off the wagon so to speak. I have ate after 8 in the evening. And yesterday was a free for all.
I am thinking about moving the no eating up an hour to 9 instead of 8. When I am at work between 7 and 8 in the evening is busy with passing medications. And I would like to enjoy my Greek yogurt. But by the time I get to it, it is after 8.
Yesterday is what I would call a cheat day. I had a co-worker who lost a lot of weight with an extreme workout/diet regime. But he would allow himself one cheat day a week. A day where he didn't count calories and ate in moderation what he has been missing all week. Like that cheeseburger and chocolate shake if that is what he wanted.
I just have to get back on the wagon and put my damn seat belt on so I won't fall again.
