Good Afternoon! I have decided to give WW a try. I was doing Atkins, but I failed terrible. With me it was either all or nothing and if I would happen to eat something with carbs I would go overboard and say what the heck. I don't really want to "diet" I want to learn how to have a healthy relationship with food!

Welcome to the WW side! I'm an active girl...so I could never give up my carbs! Besides, I love them too much! I've found that WW's is the diet that works for me because it allows me to eat what I want...just so long as I count it. Hopefully it will work for you too! Good luck!
