I had started my weight loss jouney back in 2009. I weighed in @ 272lbs. I got down to 187 lbs., then life just took over a year ago. My mom's health has deteriorated and my husband has become disabled in the last year and added all kinds of stress to my life to deal with. We are currently dealing with the appeal of his disabilty, and I am the only one working in the home.
I promised to myself on New Year's that this was going to be for me and to get my health back. I need to get healthy again.
Looking for all kinds of ways to help me along the way. Even joined WW on Jan. 10th.
