33.5-35.5-45.5 measurements of body. bust, stomach, hips
26.9% muscle mass. 37.1 body fat. must say im disappointed in these numbers but i did have a bit of a binge on the weekend. my hope after this week is to start seeing the numbers on the scale drop and to leave the 180s for good
183.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 43.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
