33.5-35.5-45.5 measurements of body. bust, stomach, hips 26.9% muscle mass. 37.1 body fat. must say im disappointed in these numbers but i did have a bit of a binge on the weekend. my hope after this week is to start seeing the numbers on the scale drop and to leave the 180s for good
