Walked in today rather than cycled.

Going to cancel lunchtime run due to weather today; its too slippy and tbh I am just too cold. It's odd - I look around my office and I reckon I am wearing twice as many clothes as everybody else (some are wearing short sleeves still, or just 1 thin long-sleeve layer and I am huddled up like a penguin) and I am still freezing!!!

Blood sugar felt like it was at rock bottom this morning after yesterday's fast, so wolfed down some cereal but still felt fairly dizzy. People have said that the 5:2 fast days get easier but I can't see any sign of that! I think they are getting harder! Not cos I want to eat 9as I know I can do it the next day, it doesn't bother me) I just feel so blooming tired and lethargic! oh well, i should be able to drop it down to 6:1 when I've lost the weight I wanted to.

Not sure cereal was the best option... Full of sugar and not much nutrient... Maybe think about yoghurt and banana with a dash of honey and maybe some berries. At least that will give you protein, glucose and carbs along with a little fat. Maybe you are pushing it a little too far, and your body is telling you it needs some protein, carbs, fat, vitamins and /or minerals.... I always think it is good to listen and be aware of what /how your body is feeling and then analyse if you are lacking something, or just craving (mentally) for something. Take care
