Day 4 and getting excited. My body doesn't hurt as much from the exercises and I'm really pushing myself. Burned 750 calories in total yesterday so yaaaay. I haven't had any junk food as well but I've been to Nandos. Ordered healthily tho, beans & chicken but I really need to watch my fat intake. Anyhow, it's a brand new day, let's see how it goes :) xx
