Yet if I do the recc 14 x 4 =
66 CCD
86 Loads hmmmmm...

Now is the time to work out the Strategy's if I am going to follow the ccd then follow it!!

2:30 PM Went to Cocoa Beach and did 25 minutes (upping ALL HIITS to 25 for the OCB coveted Shredded Look!! per J Sierra 3rd Place)
185.4 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
