Starting My Journey today. I am doing Atkins and starting with Induction for at least two weeks. I am ready to feel better. I have been tired and sluggish for way too long. I am fairly confident that I can do this. I am a bit apprehensive though, as I know I will go through withdrawal from carbs.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
