Still holding. Increasing fat percentage as suggested on many low carb blogs to break plateau or stall. Getting water in and exercise. Some advise that stalls can be for weeks...but you have to stick with it.

Don't give up. It'll come eventually. I always wish it came off as easy as it went on!

Thanks! Changing to kerogen if diet...upping fat percentage and lowering protein. Still keeping carbs really low. Took myself off blood pressure meds and instantly gained 2 lbs because of (no diuretic) water, but I think I have lost that now and evened out. Take my blood pressure at home everyday and is completely. Normal...112/60 on average. I was on a very low dose for mild hypertension but now walking every day and that seems to help. The med seemed to raise my blood glucose level so that's why I decided to stop it. BG levels dropped immediately.
