So the party is over and all in all it was a success all around.
I did NOT eat while I was cooking. We danced and sang while we were doing prep on Friday and on Saturday everytime I stirred meat I did a squat, every time I opened the fridge I lunged to the fridge and back to the counter. I tried to keep my abs engaged while I was cooking but that was hard to remember to do.
I did have about 1600 calories on Saturday and I did have one smore and I enjoyed EVERY SINGLE BITE oh my heavens smores are amazing. BUT I had one and stopped at that. (So I semi cheated because I could not decide on the type of chocolate I wanted on it. So I broke off corners and the chocolate was still only one layer thick, but I had one bite of each (milk, dark, white, mint)

I did NOT over indulge day of the party.
I was to busy doing everything else to barely sit down and eat at the party let alone over eat. and after I had been cooking prepping etc I was so over the food that I didn't want to eat that much anyway. Except for the queso, it was really really good.

Sunday was a different story though. I was EXHAUSTED by the time I got home so I loaded stuff in the fridge and crawled in bed. I even left my jeans on I was so tired. On Sunday I got up and was still exhausted so instead of cooking a healthy breakfast I ate 4 crackers, 4 squares of cheese and 4 slices of summer sausage. Not so healthy but not bad either....
For lunch I blew it and had tortilla chips and some queso NO nutritional value there. Then I snacked on crackers and chips the rest of the day. Bad Bad Me I know.....
For dinner we had Jumbalaya so not bad but not good either....

Today I loaded up all of the leftovers and brought them to the office to get eaten. Chicken, beef, tortillas, baked potatoes, chips, salsa, queso, Graham crackers, marshmallows, chocolate bars, hot coco, whipped cream, mini marshmallows (for hot coco) Sausage, cheese, crackers. etc.
They are all back in the kitchen. I will have a salad for lunch and not even go back to the kitchen. I have sent out an email that whatever is left tomorrow at 5 will be dumped in the trash. (our agents HATE to see food thrown away so it will be eaten!

This morning I had two egg whites for breakfast, My snack was carrots crackers cheese and summer sausage, (3 each)

awesome weekend , you did well, I can just picture you squatting your way to the fridg. what is this mint? did you put mint on your smores?

You did great! Sounds like it was a huge success. Great idea to take it all to the office. I love s'mores. The kids used to make them in the microwave. UH OH...now I have a craving...good thing there are no ingredients here for them. lol Have an awesome week, and great job getting back on track!
