Today starts week 3 of my diet. My biggest fear was that I would not be able to stay focused enough to stay on track over the weekend, well, I won that battle. I tracked my calories, worked out Friday-Sunday and did not eat anything that I would have to later regretfully record in my food journal. Nor can I believe that I have made it this far, I always have an agenda to get this far but by now, I usually have started over at least 2 times. But I am still on track and I am really proud of myself. I have 5.4 lbs to loose. My goal this week is to be under 150, weigh in is 2 days away and I know I can stay focused long enough to do it. And if not, as long as I didn't gain, I will be happy.
