All the work I did between June 2012 and Oct. 2012, I ruined during the two months of Nov. and Dec. I was eating all the time, and I don't think I exercised but a couple of times. Lost all my desire to record anything. What happened???

I did the exact same thing. I could not make myself track or exercise...maybe we had the winter blues? Just don't dwell on the past...what's done is done & now it's time to get back in gear.
