So I am starting this journey into weight loss again. I am in need to lose 100 lbs by the end of the year and I know that if I put my mind to it, I can do it.

A big boost to do this is a challenge we are having at work. It is a pound for pound challenge. For every pound we lose, the job donates a pound of food to a local food bank. I am excited to help myself and a good cause.
