It seems like whenever I'm close to reaching my goal I end up eating way over my RDI.

I was really trying to be good this weekend, but then I had some alcoholic drinks and my eating went out of control... Bleh...
104.0 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I just want to say I am so happy to have someone on here that has the same goals and is always honest enough to record everything. I am so proud of you for that. I don't know many people on here who would. Also I hope you had fun on your night out! :) Just keep toning and building muscles... It takes a long time. Females can only gain an average of 1 pound of muscle per month. But 1 pound of muscle also burns about 40 more calories A DAY! So in a year if you stick to it... Well you do the math. (That means your ice cream you like would pretty much melt away) ;) How about that food for thought. Don't beat yourself up over it. You don't do it everyday.
