wow, you're doing super!!great going! Congrats on your milestone. Do you find cutting out sugar makes a big difference? I cut it out last summer, and find the difference is amazing. Hope you all had a great time at the party :)

I cut the sugar down over a period of time, from 1 to a half, and from the new year went to zero. It actually feels like my taste buds have adjusted. I don't miss the sugar at all :)
