I need to try and stay off of the scale. I had a lot of weight loss last week and it has really slowed down. There was no way I was going to lose 8.5 lbs a week but so far this week I am only donw 1 pound. I have to think that the more I step on the scale the more I might be discouraged. I should measure my arms, chest and neck and use those as measurements toward success as well.
