Feel bad i didnt exercise the weekend but at least i finished a few jobs around the house that ive been putting off for a while! Will have to up the sessions if im going to lose Weight for my next weigh in!
Early morning workout!

Ditto what Posterchild says... Sometimes, because the time frames is longer, work exceeds the number of calories burned, over a 'formal' exercise session. So don't feel bad :-)

Unless you figured out how to do these things from your recliner I'd say your got your workout. Bet you even discovered some muscles that weren't worked during your regular sessions!
