Football Sunday is always tough to stay on track...we had a modest light breakfast and an even lighter lunch so that we could enjoy a few treats for the final playoff game before "SUPERBOWL 47". A little over on my calorie count, but I will be extra good on Monday to make up for it. All of our appy choices were homemade and accounted for calorie and nutrition wise. 5 each oven roasted chicken wings (NO SAUCE or BREADING) 10 medium size beaded shrimp w/cocktail sauce. English muffin pizza bites with ff cheese onion homemade pizza sauce and lean Canadian back bacon (1 muffin each cut into 8 Pcs). The whole appy meal worked out to 1025 calories each. When added to our light breakfast and lunch, the whole day comes to 1650 for the day. I am over by about 400 calories for my goal and my hubby is over by about 150. Planning and knowing this ahead of time made us very aware of the need to make it up on Monday & Tuesday. All Is Gooooood!!!
