Day 2 of Intermittent fasting. Inspired me to stop eating in the evening. I don't think I can make it past 12 hours, but I'll remain
open minded. Maybe I can. Also doing a lose 10-20 pounds in 6 weeks challenge. I like the challenges. They keep me focused on my goal.

Diet Calendar Entries for 20 January 2013:
1688 kcal Fat: 48.83g | Prot: 158.24g | Carb: 165.60g.   Breakfast: wasa hearty crispbread, chobani fat free plain yogurt, Mixed Berries, king oscar sardines. Lunch: Caesar Side Salad (No Croutons), Berry Almond Chicken Salad (Half-Size), wendys small chili, spinach, living harvest hemp, salad greens, whey powder. Dinner: chicken gizzards, chicken hearts. Snacks/Other: watermelon, Original Plain Greek Yogurt, blueberries. more...

but Bonnie, my fellow fat-fighter friend, you must think it, so that it can happen! You joined fatsecret & then this challenge so you must be a determined person. Sometimes we just need to remember the strengths we really have deep inside. You can do it! :) Let us know how it goes, By no-one-of-any-importance :)
