First week exceeded expectations for diet and exercise. I will likely eventually lose steam on exercising every day, but for now I will happily ride whatever motivation train I'm on.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
