Well, I had to cancel the personal trainer session due to snowstorm, still haven't been able to reschedule yet cause I've been out of work sick with the sinus infection that has gotten much worse. Taking the stuff from the dr and trying home remedies of apple cider vinegar (drinking and inhaling) and oil pulling. I can finally feel a bit of it breaking up and a little less pressure in my face.
Still done pretty well with c-f-p ratios, but haven't attempted anything activity-wise except for sleep and minor stretching. Sodium has also been a bit high and I'm struggling to drink more fluids.
This sinus pressure is keeping me from thinking of whatever else I was trying to write. I guess that's it for now.
