hey lol im counting calories again bc im a fat ass haha. i really dont have time to type something legit, but yeah I'm fat and this needs to stop. I also really need a scale because I need to know my weight uhhghgg....... Lol I hate myself what else is new. Hopefully I can get down to 110. I have no idea where I am at now, maybe 120-130 but no matter what it is its too much and yeah. I'm such an idiot for eatinf so much at dinner but I told myself I would let it slide for tonight bc I hadn't had turkey chili in a long time. I didn't realize how many kcal it had and now I feel kinda shitty. Whelp. Okay. Also, I walked sixish miles today rigth when I got up for an hour bc I didnt want to be fat. okay bye now lol.
