Decided to re-read portions of Dr. Atkins' book (copyright 2002), which helped me break through 10 years ago when "nothing" worked to lose weight. Boy, was there a lot I had forgotten. The new Atkins website and program doesn't give this sort of detail. Perhaps due to legal worries of giving medical advice where medical conditions, supplements and such are concerned? Anyway, SO worth the few hours I sat down and looked through some of the nuances again... Just wish I didn't have to sacrifice my gorgeous Sunday afternoon to do it. :/

Now I'm off to track down some of the vitanutrients that really helped me feel great (and lose weight better) last time around.

Diet Calendar Entry for 20 January 2013:
