So here's the leg a week after the fall

Kinesio tape to help with the bruising

Gone shopping on a real rest day which consisted mostly of sleeping, I didn't know you couldn't see the tag, its a size 10 pants. on me. buttoned and zipped.

And back trying to lift today

And, I am amazed how quickly you have lost so much weight. It truly is incredible and I bet it is the muscle metabolism.

Thanks! I hope it is keeping the metabolism up, sometimes I worry about eating low calorie, but it seems to be working, and I'm not short on energy most of the time. So hoping my metabolism is staying up there.
