Have been going to the gym on a regular basis...doing more cardio since the November 10th competition when I weighed in at 135lbs....10lbs heavier then I wanted....Have had another birthday ...now 50 years old and apparently need to eat less...and workout even harder. My diet hasn't been perfect but then again not as bad as most people ...I eat healthy but need to listen to my own advice and not eat carbs like everyone keeps telling me to. They don't help me they make me gain excess fat which depresses the hell out of me.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
