Good Morning Dear Diary, My day started at 8:00 A.M. Another cool
start to the day. Our overnight low temp was 29 degrees. And our
daytime high should reach right around 45 degrees, it was crazy
for the freezing part of last night, even though it did freeze, their
was NO FROST on the roof tops or on the ground - how strange!!
I'm spending the day at home watching the NFC/AFC championships. These
games will determine who goes to the Super Bowl. (Atlanta/Sanfrancisco
New England/Baltimore).San Francisco will meet Baltimore
in the Super Bowl on Sunday February 3rd.
I'm doing well with my low carb eating. No changes, I'm just keeping
on with this approch and I'm doing well.
Well, It's almost ime for my mid-morning mocha. So I'll close for the
day.So, until tomorrow Dear Diary. I'M THINKING THIN. ARE YOU?....
