What can I say? Really nothing...there is no explanation why I am not doing what I am supposed to do, what has worked so great in the past, what made me feel so good about myself! I've been stuck in this rut that I can't seem to get out of, working too much, spending too little time with the family and definitely spending too little time on taking care of myself. All my body wants to do is just sleep and I don't even have enought time to do that, but every day, my eye lids just come crushing down even while I'm trying to get done with things. I NEED to save myself from this crazy cycle that I'm in right now, it's not good for myself, for my family, for anything...but as long as I only write or talk about what I should be doing but don't actually DO it, nothing's going to change and I have no one else to blame but myself.
184.2 lb Lost so far: 27.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
