Sunday Jan 20th - walked for 15 minutes 2180 steps before breakfast - breakast at 9 a.m. IP protein Crispy Cereal and 3/4 cup of strawberries. Need to continue this until I get to 112 lbs. Today 117 lbs. Stick to it for 2-3 more weeks - then I can modify it - do 3-4 days a week of the 15 hour fast before breakfast and see how quickly I can drop these extra pounds. Work it as a chemistry experiment. Was hungry this morning - did a 15 hour fast last night.
